Free U.S. Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may occasionally be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to circumstances outside our control.
Estimated Delivery
Most orders arrive within approximately 7–15 business days after shipment.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you'll receive tracking information after your order ships. Please allow a short period for tracking information to update after it is issued.
Orders With Multiple Items
Some products may be fulfilled separately. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages or on different days at no additional shipping charge.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at support@pawandbehold.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Paw & Behold is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
